    2) Once you selected and clicked on the product that you wish to purchase, you will be taken to a Secure Order Page. Select your language and currency of your choice.

    Note: All orders are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
    Double check your order again and fill in ALL REQUIRED information fields.

    If you have created an account at plimus before you can login instead of filling required fields.

    Click Next and fill in your credit card details.

    IMPORTANT!: Do not submit another order as this will further delay the processing and may cause a double-billing to your credit card.

    3) Once you click on Submit, your order will be sent for processing by Plimus. When done, A receipt will then be emailed to you. This email will contain your Order Reference Number within the subject line. Example,

    Email Subject: Receipt for your Payment (Ref# ‘xxxxxxxx’)
    where ‘xxxxxxxx’ will contain your Order Reference Number.

    IMPORTANT!: Take note of this Order Reference Number. You will need it if you contact us.

     

  • Do you need any verification of payment?

    If your order is more than $50, after your payment is processed, we reserve the right to request for a Photo ID and Credit Card verification before we proceed to transfer you chips. You need provide us a valid ID copy and a copy of your credit card's front face. This can be a JPG, GIF, BMP image of your Identity Card or Driver’s License. You can hide your credit card numbers but last 4 digit numbers and your name must be shown on your credit card copy.
     

  • How will I get the poker chips, I have ordered?

    IMPORTANT!: We ask for your poker account login details at secure order page. You need to share your login details to get your chips automatically. This is the fastest and secure way to get chips. We never share your login details with third party users and suggest you to change your password after delivery.

    * Your chips will be delivered into your social network account automatically, you don't have to speak at live support to collect your chips. You will receive your chips between 11:00pm and 04:00am in same day. Due to incresing orders and security processes your order may be delivered following day

  • How can I be assured that I will receive poker chips after I pay you?
