• These playing chips that you purchased are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable or transferable for any real-world funds or prizes under any circumstances.
• If your order is more than $50, after your payment is processed, we reserve the right to request for a Photo ID and Credit Card verification before we proceed to transfer you chips. You need provide us a valid ID copy and a copy of your credit card's front face. This can be a JPG, GIF, BMP image of your Identity Card or Driver’s License. You can hide your credit card numbers but last 4 digit numbers and your name must be shown on your credit card copy.
• We reserve the right to cancel any transaction and refund your payments for any reasons.
